The Skywach Atmos is the most luxurious windmeter in the Skywatch anemometer series from JDC. The Atmos windmeter can measure the wind up to wind force 12 (storm), with an accuracy of 3%. You can set the unit in which you want to read the wind: km / h, mph, fps, knots and Beaufort. In addition, you can see the average and maximum wind speed so that you can always go out on the water with the perfect kite size. The great thing about the Skywatch Atmos anemometer is that it is water-tight, floats and the measuring system is direction-independent. This means that you don"t have to hold the Atmos straight upwind for an accurate reading.
In addition to the fact that the Skywatch Atmos anemometer can measure the wind, it also measures other things such as temperature, wind chill and humidity. The Atmos wind meter works on two AA batteries and lasts more than 3 years when the backlight is not used. The bottom of the Skywatch Atmos windmeter has a screw thread that allows you to attach the Atmos windmeter to a tripod for a long-term measurement of wind, temperature and humidity. This way you always have your own mobile weather station at hand.
